My client is looking to fill several Loan Servicing openings on their team. If you have excellent data entry skills, a keen eye for detail and good customer service experience please consider ing for this hybrid position based out of Des Moines. shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• 30% of time will go to the settlement agent and ask for missing pieces of info. Will need to speak confidently to the agent to get what they need

• Reconcile fees and non-numeric information.

• Perform research through loan documents and online databases.

• Communicate with internal partners and Settlement Agents via phone and email.

• Update and note system of record.
