Job Description
Are you an experienced MAF SME with demonstrated experience in the execution of distributed Operational Training (OT), which can encompass warfighters in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments? Then we have a great opportunity for you to join our growing team in Des Moines, IA!

A week in the life of aMAF SME includes:
All aspects of mobility mission planning and execution of all mobility aspects of ECC operations
Oversee mobility centric LVC-OT missions that the DTOC produces
Participate as event controller for multiple LVC-OT event types while maintaining focus on mobility events
Provide mobility expertise in support of DTOC mission planning
Provide academic briefings as coordinated with the Training Manager
Support meetings as DTOC Mobility SME
Advise DTOC Leadership on LVC-OT events and mobility operations related issues
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and eight to 10 (8-10) years related experience
SECRET clearance
Minimum three (3) years experience conducting training in a DMO environment
Current or previous Weapons School or Top Gun Graduate, instructor pilot and minimum five (5) years operational mobility experience
Current or previous mobility aircraft pilot or navigator with robust mobility background; a minimum of two must have been current and qualified within the last five (5) years
Must be currently or previously qualified in USAF, USN, or USMC mobility aircraft
