Job Title: Maintenance Lead

Job Description

The candidate will be working on up to 600V electrical circuits, low voltage machinery controls, photocells, VFD motor controls. This is a working lead position where the candidate will train maintenance technicians, implement and edit PM schedules, organize the parts room and system, and provide overall structure to the team.

Responsibilities

• Work on up to 600V electrical circuits, low voltage machinery controls, photocells, and VFD motor controls.

• Engage in potential fabrication and plumbing projects.

• Train maintenance technicians.

• Implement and edit preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.

• Organize the parts room and system.

• Provide structure to the maintenance team.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in working with pumps, presses, and electrical systems.

• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and minor program editing.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair conveyors.

• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems (3 phase) 480 volt+.

• Knowledge of mechanical systems.
