CHANGE MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER * Perm Direct Hire / Hybrid
DES MOINES IOWA OFFICE POSITION. CANNOT BE 100% REMOTE.
LOCATION: HYBRID but you must reside in the Des Moines area to work in the office!
Brand new HIGHLY VISIBLE position. Looking for an Operational Leader who has Financial Services and Loan experience.
You will be on the Front lines of implementing New Business, Regulatory & Compliance changes to systems, Risk Mitigation, New accounts of Business, and setting Business Controls.
Awesome perks with an ESTABLISHED COMPANY. MAJORITY OF THE TIME – WORK FROM HOME. You MUST live in the Des Moines area and commute to the office. You can work REMOTE majority of the work week, but must be able to work ONSITE in the OFFICE in DES MOINES, IOWA 2 DAYS / WEEK.
YOU MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS CHANGE MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER:
• Live in Des Moines Iowa area
• Financial Services – preferably Loan Origination experience & Underwriting
• Data Analysis – YOU MUST HAVE SQL or SAS experience to analyze data and do statistical analysis & REPORTING ON operational, risk analysis, and systems data.
• Strong DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING / analysis skills. You MUST have SQL or SAS skills.
• Business Operations
• Build out new processes
• Business Controls: setting up systems and Operational controls
• Change Control and Quality Review of complex business processes impacting ALL areas of the Business Operations: *
- Payment Processing, Loan Origination, Customer Contact Center, Loan Conversions, Accounts Servicing Processing
• Statistical Analysis of business processes
• Assessing Risk: Develop Risk Registers and automated controls that mitigate risk
• Implement Product Changes
• Implement New Business Systems Requirements
• Experience managing Direct reports. Building a Team and Implementing a VISION
• Taking ownership of Systems and new business systems changes.
• Creating a vision for this team and will hire additional Operational Analysts, Change Control Analysts.
• Work with Compliance Department to implement compliance, regulatory, and systems changes.
• Implementing Testing & QA of different business financial / loan origination systems
• Testing different business financial / loan origination systems
