How will you make an impact in this role?
This role is a replacement role within the CEG Systems team as part of Information Management. Information Management is the team that manages the construct of data that is captured and maintained in all of the CEG applications. This includes data that may be captured in one system, distributed to another system and transformed in another. The manager will be an expert data consultant with emphasis on data distribution, reconciliation and validation, data retention and source system data governance. In addition, the manager will actively participate in the buildout of CEG data in the enterprise data platform.
Utilize SQL expertise to write complex queries against all CEG systems, including Oracle HCM and our enterprise data platform.
Perform data reconciliation and validation for requests and projects across CEG systems
Provide guidance and consultation to our colleagues, technology partners and vendors on the construct of our CEG data and how it is used
Liaison with our technology partners to help define and decipher requests into technical requirements
Ensure that the data being distributed across systems is accurate and consistent
Broad data knowledge of all CEG systems including but not limited to core colleague, recruitment, learning, payroll, performance and talent data
Identify and remediate data quality issues
Support intake requests for data support
Working knowledge of colleague data privacy, governance and data retention policies, globally
Highly proficient in writing SQL and data mining
Strong knowledge of CEG data within systems such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Cornerstone On Demand, Ceridian and ADP
Experience with data reconciliation and validation across systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong documentation skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and the ability to drive issues to resolution
