Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities.
Educate and train AMO org on how PE firms invest in new technologies and business changes.
Work on all trigger and funding events and how to drive ARR through those changes.
Make marketing campaigns on certain products as it relates to PE firms investment thesis. Have these campaigns used by both the AMO org and PE Leads
Lead bi weekly training sessions for the AMO org on how to drive ARR with PE backed accounts
Sit in on key deal reviews and forecast calls and participate.
Run VIP PE User Group sessions.
First point of contact for escalations both pricing and implementation related.
Face of PE team for the AMO org to ask questions to and help strategize on deals.
Coordinate SuiteWorld sessions for VIP PE PC’s
Track ARR and Revenue growth for named PE firms as it relates to AMO Sales Process
Help with partners and NS PS on reporting for PC implementation.
In charge of alerting PE Rep on critical go lives for PC’s
Develop a process for how to engage PE Firms on upgrades.
Work with AMO to understand engagement with their companies and leverage our PE relationships for executive oversight and alignment at account level.
Track all PE backed companies and make sure they are on method and work with AMO when they are not.
First line of defense when company as at risk on non-renewal or down sell
Work with PE team on slides for current customers for VIP and PE calls.
Help gather renewal and upsell information alongside PE rep
Work with Oracle OCI team when there are opportunities to cross sell.
Requirements
5-7 years of work experience in a quota carrying role
Experience with Account Management
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter and self-motivator
Strong organizational and operational skill set
Experience selling enterprise software
Experience working with PE and PE backed companies
Career Level - IC3
Responsibilities
A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product's sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
