Our client is looking for a Network Engineer to work in a contract to hire capacity. This will be HYBRID onsite in Des Moines, Iowa 3 days/week.

Skills needed: Cisco switching, routing, Meraki SD WAN (including wireless) and security. AWS and scripting/automation are also must haves for this role.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior IT Network professional. Advanced network skills required. Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision-making, and communication skills required, as well as solid leadership and basic presentation skills. Must be able to effectively communicate technical plans, strategies, and designs to all levels of the company. Basic knowledge of business unit applications preferred. Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing, planning, implementing, supporting, and recovering network infrastructure in accordance with business requirements.
