    What you'll be doing:

  • Become a trusted partner: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized support plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

  • Provide essential daily living assistance: Assist with personal hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and other daily activities, fostering independence.

  • Advocate for health and well-being: Support clients with healthcare plans, medication management, and healthy habits.

    Additional Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency and experience with Easterseals database (preferred).

  • Experience working with people with disabilities (preferred).

  • Valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and ability to pass a Medication Management course (required).

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours and weekends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong physical ability to perform daily tasks.

  • Reliable transportation.

    Schedule & Benefits:

  • This position offers the opportunity to obtain 40 hours during a typical work week.

  • You will be regularly scheduled, every 4th weekend, in an on-call rotation. The schedule will include a variety of locations and shifts.
