Overview: We are seeking a patent agent to join our Intellectual Property Group of over 40 professionals, to be based in one of our Midwest offices, with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment. This position will primarily support a shareholder in our Des Moines office and will be paid on our Des Moines salary scale but the individual could be located and work from any of our domestic offices in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, or Wisconsin.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 3+ years of patent prosecution experience
- A strong technical background and education in biotechnology, chemistry, and pharmaceutical technologies or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic/professional credentials
- Registration to practice with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
