Join our team of over 300 SAP Digital Technology (DT) experts and work with Collins Aerospace team members across business functions in locations around the globe to enable the success of Collins Aerospace and Raytheon Technologies.

* This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. *

What YOU will do:

• You will be part of the Center of Excellence (COE) team, handle the frontline activities where incidents are identified by SAP business and super users with the average intake is 300 incidents a month.

• You will triage incidents for tier 1 and tier 2 activities categorized as sustaining services or break / fix issues within the Quality, Service, & Production Planning modules of SAP.

• You will offer expert knowledge in supporting break/fix tickets and questions from the business in Quality, Service, & Production Planning.

• You will field complex configuration management related questions from the business including the analysis of interface documents issues and master data.

• You will manage projects and processes working with cross-functional groups to complete production projects and enhancements.

• You will be responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating project work within the team.

What YOU will Learn:

• You will foster relationships with your Digital Technology peers and all over the world that work and WANT to work at Collins.

• You will learn how to support project teams with development of training materials and test scripts, support during go-live activation, and ongoing user support.

Education & Experience:

• Typically requires a University Degree and 5+ years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3+ years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9+ years of relevant experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Skills YOU Must Have:

• Service Management processes, service orders, order processing, routings, goods receipts/issues,

• Material management, good movements, receipts, issues, cycle counting,

• Quality management processes, inspection plans, inspection lots, quality notifications.

• Production Planning, production orders, order processing, goods issues/receipts, MRP, routings.

Skills We Value:

• MS O365 products including Microsoft Teams

• Experience in the execution of Winshuttle

• Experience with incident systems such as ServiceNow

• Aerospace and Defense experience

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
