A company in the Des Moines area is looking for a temporary property administrator who will be on-site to maintain the property and resident needs. The person for the job should enjoy building relationships with residents and must be good at problem-solving. If you enjoy being the smiling face who communicates and helps out with residents, this might just be the position for you! Job description includes:

• Liaising with tenants to address concerns, ensure that property rules are followed, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

• Verify and address anything that might be missing from a tenants profile and be able to handle sensitive and private information.

• Coordinating with maintenance and repair teams to provide prompt and effective solutions for tenant and property issues.

• Communicating via email and phone calls with tenants and prospective tenants.

• Greeting those who come in the building daily and maintaining a clean common space.

• Schedule apartment tours

Requirements

Job requirements include:

• Experience in a leasing/property assistant role

• Familiarity with Microsoft suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle possible uncomfortable calls and communication with tenants

• Enforce the rules of the apartment

• Build rapport with residents and the maintenance team
