MercyOne is seeking BC/BE Integrated Care Psychiatrist for its busy growing practice. Ideal candidate will have three years of experience with outpatient Psychiatry ensuring optimal care services readily accessible to patients. This opportunity offers competitive compensation package, including sign-on bonus, paid malpractice and a 401K match.
Provide a minimum of 40 patient contact hours per week
Provide direct clinical care in psychiatry, including brief assessments and interventions in primary care setting
Supervision of social workers
Champion a model of integrated care that focuses on full spectrum of patient health through collaboration with multi-disciplinary primary care teams
Discussion/Implementation of treatment recommendations with Primary Care
Develop and lead staff education in psychiatric issues
Teaching and supervising residents and medical students
