Job Overview

The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of Keystone's manufactured products and services.

A Day In The Life

  • Gather production and quality data to create quality-related metrics and KPIs

  • Create NCNs and support disposition of Nonconforming products

  • Lead and support the corrective and preventive action process

  • Lead and participate in practical problem-solving teams

  • Document standard work in method sheets, procedures, or work instructions

  • Create and circulate quality alerts and quality plans

  • Conduct internal process and product audits

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • ​​​​Associate’s degree in an Engineering-related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Previous work experience in quality and process development preferred

  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing and electrical drawings

  • Background in manufacturing and/or fabrication

  • ISO 9001 understanding and experience; previous auditing experience a plus

  • Work Independently to achieve task assigned

  • Familiar with lean manufacturing techniques

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Versed in Microsoft Office
