Adecco US, Inc. Quality Manager in Des Moines, Iowa
We are recruiting for a Quality Manager in a manufacturing setting to monitor and implement quality systems to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements. Our client provides a casual working environment, immediate PTO, and excellent benefits.
This position will spend a lot of time on the manufacturing floor working with operations, quality control/assurance, engineering, and maintenance to provide guidance on quality matters. This position comes with significant authority including quarantining product or shutting down production lines as necessary.
Specially, this position will:
Directly oversee quality staff including quality leads, engineer, and inspectors across all functions of the facility
Routinely perform visual inspections on the manufacturing floor
Review batch records
Ensure raw materials received meet quality standards
Provide final quality product samples
Monitor water systems, and clean rooms for environmental standards
Write and maintain SOPs
Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Qualified candidates will possess:
Bachelor of Science in a Scientific Engineering discipline or closely related field/relevant experience
4 years managing a quality department in FDA regulated manufacturing environment
Relocation assistant may be provided

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
