Our client, in Phamacuetical Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality team supporting Quality Leads & Inspectors. The ideal candidate will have FDA and cGMP experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Pay Range: 85k - $110k

You are the champion of quality , ensuring every product that rolls off the manufacturing line meets the highest standards. As the Manufacturing Quality Manager, you'll lead a team of quality personnel, overseeing all aspects of quality control throughout the production process.

Your expertise is multifaceted:

• Regulations Master: You'll ensure strict compliance with cGMP regulations and internal procedures, safeguarding product safety and integrity.

• Problem-Solving Sleuth: When quality issues arise, you'll lead the investigation, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborative Champion: You'll work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to drive continuous improvement and optimize production processes.

• Quality Systems Architect: You'll develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring consistent quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

• Data-Driven Leader: You'll leverage statistical analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain control over production processes.

• Team Motivator: You'll foster a culture of quality excellence, inspiring your team to achieve peak performance.

Deep Understanding of Regulatory Landscape: You'll maintain a high level of understanding of relevant manufacturing processes and quality systems related to 21 CFR 210/211 and Part 820 (applicable sections for combination products) . This in-depth knowledge allows you to interpret regulations, ensure compliance, and effectively manage quality within the specific requirements of the FDA.

This role demands a sharp mind and a dedication to quality. An ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in engineering, science, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in a quality or engineering role within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
