Aerotek Remote Customer Service Representative in Des Moines, Iowa

Seeking a REMOTE customer service representative to answer incoming phone calls regarding standard COVID-19 vaccination inquiries! This position is entirely remote. Candidates must have a headset and computer at home that they can utilize for this position - equipment will not be provided; please note that Mac or Chrome books are not compatible for this assignment. There are various shifts for this position.

On a daily basis, candidates will be answering incoming calls from US citizens related to CDC COVID-19 vaccination scheduling and other routine COVID-19 inquiries. They will also make outbound calls to follow up on vaccine questions. When necessary, customer service representatives will refer citizens to appropriate parties or resources for further information. Team members will need to maintain a current understanding of CDC regulations and vaccination guidelines. They will also need to adhere to strict privacy standards. Documentation of all calls in internal systems is also a large part of this job.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 6 months of customer service experience. Healthcare experience is a plus. Experience working with standard business systems including email and Microsoft Office is required. Again, a functioning computer and headset need to be provided by the candidate to utilize during this assignment; equipment will not be provided. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are necessary for success in this role. Finally, a high school diploma is required.
