Job Opening - Carpenter (Residential)

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7 am - 4 pm / Weekly Pay

Status: Currently Hiring / Full-time

Position Overview: The current job opening is for a carpenter specializing in residential carpentry framework. For this role - seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team as the ideal candidate who will have proven experience in framing/carpentry and play a crucial role in constructing frameworks for different residential buildings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framing Construction: Erect and install metal & wood framing structures according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required.

• Measurement and Layout: Precisely measure, cut, and shape framing materials to ensure accurate assembly and alignment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, and project managers, to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in framing or a related construction field such as carpentry.

• Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levelers.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of framing work.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
