Responsibilities

Job Functions

  • Strategic Initiative Development : Collaborate with leadership to identify priority initiatives that support the company’s long-term strategic goals.

  • Cross-functional Alignment : Coordinate with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and seamless execution across teams.

  • Data-Driven Assessment: Use data analytics to evaluate and refine initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and add measurable value.

  • Operational Efficiency & Program Proposals: Identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and design proposals that drive productivity and support business growth.

  • Sales Support & Business Innovation : Lead program management for sales initiatives, supporting innovation and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Strategic Program Leadership : Oversee complex, high-visibility programs, shaping critical business decisions to support growth objectives.

  • Post-Project Review: Conduct reviews to capture lessons learned, refine processes, and enhance program management for ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with sales and business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient program execution.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels are required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for organizational and data analytics purposes.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis/reporting for Sales leadership to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance to support the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives.

  • Drive adoption of sales tools, processes, and reporting dashboards to the sales team

  • Responsible for analysis of forecast and pipeline data to identify gaps and trends; work with the Sales Management team to address.

  • Proactively identify issues and provide ongoing data-driven recommendations to improve sales efficiency and support outstanding execution.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to facilitate annual territory planning and assist the sales team with handling territory integrity continuously.

  • Serve as a liaison/partner when applicable with other groups such as Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Business Development, Compensation, etc., to assist with research and/or drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
