The client is looking for a Scrum Master to join our Application Development team
Act as the product champion, and will be able to evangelize the product vision effectively to their team and to stakeholders Understand basic fundamentals of software development process Proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning Collaborate with and present to business and technical teams as well as different levels of leadership Work on multiple concurrent projects/iterations with multiple scrum teams Skill - Required / Desired - Amount - of Experience Experience with Agile development methodologies - Required - 7 - Years Experience as agile scrum master - Required - 5 - Years Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the business partner and the operational aspects of the project. - Required - 5 - Years Facilitate regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Solicit stakeholder feedback. - Required - 5 - Years Lead agile ceremonies including daily standup meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Required - 5 - Years Assist in the development and management of the product backlog. Prioritize, design, and implement new features and enhancements. - Required - 5 - Years Manage risks and track issues throughout the project. - Required - 5 - Years Manage the time reporting tasks and financials (SOW) for the project - Required - 5 - Years Experience working in Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development environments - Desired - - Experience working with teams that developed web-based solutions - Desired - - Ability to write simple SQL queries - Desired - -
