Wolters Kluwer Senior Inside Sales Representative, FinTech in Des Moines, Iowa

The ideal Sr. Inside Sales Representative (Sr. ISR) candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly develop rapport and "talk the talk" with Finance and Information Technology Executives, Vice Presidents and Director level contacts. You must be comfortable making outbound calls and navigating mid to large size companies to reach the decision maker through various research methods and research tools. The Sr. ISR position will engage with prospects virtually and on the phone to convincingly position CCH Tagetik as a natural short-list choice for any Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software evaluation.

  • Ideal candidate should be based out of NY, but will also consider any remote location across the US or Canada *



  • B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college or university (preferably in Finance or Accounting); OR if no degree, equivalent years of relevant experience

Minimum Experience:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the software/SaaS or finance industry

  • Demonstrated sales process and sales closing experience

  • Prior success in carrying and meeting/exceeding sales goals/targets and quotas

  • Highly motivated and competitive professional with superior verbal/written communications skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (a plus), OneNote (a plus), Outlook and Teams

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other comparable CRM or lead management application

  • A team-playing, positive, and friendly attitude

  • Must be coachable, engaging, and passionate about new customer acquisition and driving sales growth

Preferred qualifications:

  • CPM or EPM Industry sales or other relevant work experience

  • Completed a formal sales training program (Miller Heiman, The Challenger Sales method, Holden etc.)
