Teradata Senior Partner Marketing Manager in Des Moines, Iowa

What You'll Do

In this role, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager will play a crucial part in managing various marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth campaign operations, and providing support to the overall partner marketing efforts. The Partner Marketing Manager will be focused on partner (channel) marketing strategy, development, and execution of various partner programs. The PMM will effectively coordinate & facilitate partner marketing programs throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with internal and external resources. This Senior Partner Marketing Manager will report into the VP, Partner Marketing.

The global partner marketing team is passionate about expanding the development and management of marketing relationships within an ecosystem of partners. This team owns and develops partner marketing strategies, drive pipeline and mutual business growth by effectively marketing and selling products and services with and through our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation through events, content, campaigns, and other forms of demand generation.

  • Develop strong business relationships with senior marketing executives supporting the alliance partnerships

  • Co-develop overall joint partner go-to-market plans; own the development of the marketing elements

  • Lead strategy and approach to cross-participation of Teradata’s sponsored/led events

  • Coordinate and improve partner involvement in Teradata’s campaigns and programs where partner solutions are a value add

  • Team up with the Teradata Field Marketing organization in support of global partner/alliance activities

  • Work with partners to execute on co-marketing strategies and programs to increase market share, new sales

  • Manage and report on ROI of marketing programs budget for the portfolio of assigned partner/alliance partners

  • Jointly develop, with our partners, customer success stories and compelling that highlight how a successful partnership led to customer success

  • Help secure high profile global event sponsorships and recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc

  • Develop, track and achieve success metrics and KPIs for assigned partner ecosystem

  • Domestic and international travel required (estimated at 15 – 20%)

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 7+ years’ experience in an enterprise marketing role within the tech industry with a broad range of experience in a variety of marketing skills

  • Collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Track record working with partner marketing, sales, channel partners, field/global marketing, and customers.

Pay Rate: 136600.0000 - 174100.0000 - 211700.0000 Annually
