Humana Senior Product Manager, Integrated Health Patient Experience in Des Moines, Iowa

CenterWell is Humana’s care delivery organization and comprised of three care verticals: Senior Primary Care Organization, Home Health, and Pharmacy. The Integrated Health Patient Experience (IHPX) team supports designing a horizontally integrated patient experience between the Plan and Healthcare services businesses, led by patient-back insights.
The Senior Product Manager will use patient and staff research to develop, deliver, and manage pilot experiences with the goal of integrating and improving the member-patient experience. The Senior Product Manager role requires strong cross functional collaboration, organization and project management skills, and comfort with ambiguity and greenfield product/experience launches
The Senior Product Manager leads pilot and product development of CenterWell Integrated Health patient experience initiatives. This role is responsible for managing tactical Go to Market plans to get a pilot launch. Once solutions are launched, the Senior Product Manager monitors efficacy of and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure solutions are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting solutions over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. The Senior Product Manager advises executives on pilot performance and insights, manages a portfolio of stakeholders for each experience, and uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to develop recommendations on next steps.

Required Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare industry, preferably in the payer, managed care, or provider sector
A minimum of three years product management experience and Agile methodologies
Excellent in building relationships and communicating with key business partners and stakeholders across organizational levels
Proactive self-starter who excels in critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Data curious approach to work with the proven ability to synthesize and summarize complex and/or voluminous content into clear, concise and actionable communications.
Enjoys a highly collaborative, flexible, team oriented working style
Structured and logical thinking; ability to identify and assess business problems and then develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of technical experience
SAFe Certification or Agile Certification

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
