Position: Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack .NET)

Location: Des Moines, IA - Onsite

This is not your run of the mill Senior Full Stack .NET Developer role! If you have Full Stack .NET development experience in SQL Server, C#.NET, VB.NET and some Crystal reporting, then this could be your next great opportunity.

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (full stack .NET) to join their IT Team as a the sole developer. This is a fantastic opportunity to have direct influence and impact over the design, development, and implementation of data base and applications that will benefit positively impact the organization and their global mission.

In this role you can bypass the red tape, the endless meetings and approval processes. Rather, you will be able to meet with the business users directly, understand the objectives, design and implement solutions working with your IT team who will help provide the IT infrastructure support.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in: MS SQL Server, C#.NET, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience designing, implementing APIs.

• Proven experience with on-premises SQL Server, querying data and any data base development (views, stored procedures, other)

• Big plus: Crystal Reports, SSRS, and any Windows Server Administration or other

• Strong knowledge of software evaluation, project management, data privacy practices.

• Hands-on experience with business requirement analysis.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements • Proficient in C Sharp Programming (C#)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer

• Strong knowledge in Database development and management

• Experience in API Development

• Proficiency in CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)

• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server

• Proficient in Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET)

• Knowledge in Crystal Reports

• Experience in SSRS - SQL Server Reporting Services

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
