Key responsibilities

• Draft quarterly and monthly management reporting - evaluating financial results, summarizing key trends, analyzing current and future business risks, and flagging critical updates to senior leadership

• Handle ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests

• Create sustainable business, operational, and financial processes widely understood by all necessary teams

• Assess and execute financial analysis in order to optimize business performance

• Cultivate positive relationships with key business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership

• Collaborate with Functional leads to execute management reporting, accounting and compliance advisement, and coordinate alignment of operational initiatives

• Track financial results with greater accuracy and discretion by working with Operating and Accounting to drive improved management reporting

• Evaluate financial results, summarize key issues, and articulate integral messages to senior management in order to drive existing management reporting

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint

• External reporting experience

• Command of Complex Financial Analysis

• Microsoft Excel experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

• Applicants are required to hold a Finance, Business, or related field BA/BS degree

• Ability to apply critical thinking and critical decision making skills with management

• Skilled in working cross functionally across teams and gaining favor of key decision makers

• Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

• A background in office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools recommended

• CPA/MBA preferred

• Prior experience with process reengineering and optimization
