What You'll Do

We’re looking for a Sr Software Engineer to join our WSRS technology team. In this role, you’ll be a key player and leader in strategically shaping our technological future from innovative customer experiences to robust core systems. We want your leadership skills and expertise in building enterprise grade systems with modern architecture and practices like AWS. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Take the lead in crafting executable architecture roadmaps that drive our business forward.

Who You Are

  • You have an Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 6+ years work experience or equivalent experience

  • You excel at bridging the gap between IT and non-IT partners, using your interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives

  • You are a people leader who enjoys developing others as well as continuing to learn and build your own skills

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$95200 - $182400 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
