About the Role:
As a CBRE Senior Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to optimize their service delivery model and day to day operations across all service lines.
This job is part of the Retail Multi-Site Sales integrated function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing CBRE clients.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Retail Multi-Site sector and Sr. Management in the delivery of focused client solutions sector specific strategies. This includes improving and developing RFI, RFP responses, and client relationships.
Lead the delivery of large business development programs with targeted new and expanded annualized revenue and margin.
Lead the RFP solutions process through the development of RFIs, RFP, and client facing presentations.
Support the refresh of our go-to-market approach in key local and regional areas.
Monitor internal reviews of any beneficial client solutions not currently used. Present to management for review.
Support awareness and culture of GWS sector cross-selling and improved focus on new business cultivation.
Support relationships with our existing and prospective high-profile client base in establishing strong personal credibility.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledge of other subject areas within the organization function.
Partner with others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
Lead and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
As requested, contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals and alignment.
Confidentially communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence internal and external key individuals.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of shown experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to address problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Ability to present complex solutions to external clients in a simplified means and methods.
Understanding of Integrated Facility Management and other CBRE GWS core service delivery products, services, and tools.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Solutions Manager position is $135,000 annually with bonus eligibility and the maximum salary for the Sr Workplace Experience Manager position is $160,000 annually with bonus eligibility. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
