As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Oracle ERP Technical Product Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our Oracle Cloud ERP systems, including EPM, ERP - Finance, SCM, and WMS, as well as Oracle on-prem EBS applications.

Position Overview

As the Oracle ERP Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our Oracle Cloud ERP systems and on-prem EBS applications to support our residential solar energy business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful execution of ERP projects. Your expertise in both Oracle Cloud ERP and on-prem EBS modules will be instrumental in driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP System Management: Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP systems and on-prem EBS applications, including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements and customizations.

  • Roadmap Building & Maintenance: Collaborate with business stakeholders and other technology teams on prioritization, cross team dependencies to build ERP roadmap and maintain it on an ongoing basis.

  • Solution Design: Design technical solutions and configurations to meet business requirements, leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as EPM, ERP - Finance, SCM, and WMS, as well as Oracle on-prem EBS applications.

  • Project Management: Lead ERP implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Customization and Development: Oversee the development of customizations, extensions, and integrations to enhance the functionality and usability of Oracle Cloud ERP systems and on-prem EBS applications.

  • Quality Assurance: Define and execute testing strategies, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of ERP solutions.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Cloud ERP system functionality, Oracle on-prem EBS applications, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system performance, usability, and scalability based on evolving business needs and industry best practices.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Oracle and third-party vendors, including software providers, consultants, and service providers, to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects and support services.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to ERP system security, data privacy, and governance for both Oracle Cloud ERP and on-prem EBS applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP system implementation, customization, and support, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP modules (EPM, ERP - Finance, SCM, and WMS) and on-prem EBS applications.

  • Proven experience in project management, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud ERP configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Oracle Application Composer, Groovy Scripting, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud, as well as expertise in Oracle on-prem EBS modules.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP data migration, integration, and reporting tools, such as Oracle Data Management, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist, Oracle EBS R12 Applications Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.

It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation listed. The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is: $169,184 to $217,523.

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
