How you will make an impact:

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

• Take preventive measures to confirm the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

• Install, maintain, configure, and test operating systems, system management tools, and application software

• Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support

• Supervise and track all installed systems and infrastructure

• Play a part in the design of information and operational support systems

• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

• Survey and sample application performance for potential bottlenecks, pinpoint possible solutions, and cooperate with developers to perform those fixes

• Manage redundancy strategies, security, and backup

Requirements

• Candidates who have experience with automation software will be the best fit for this position

• Well-founded grasp of PowerShell

• Proven knowledge of PowerShell Scripting

  • Candidates with proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems will be the best fit for this position
