Johnson & Johnson Technology is recruiting for a Program Manager, Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC).

The Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team is an end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain dedicated to accelerating new technology platforms and deliver on our pipeline of transformational medicines in cell & gene therapy, radiopharmaceuticals, and new vaccines.

We are seeking a seasoned program manager with a background in overseeing complex projects at the intersection of SAP and Supply Chain Technology. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in project or program management with at least US $10M of annual investments demonstrating excellence in strategic planning, team leadership, and successful project execution within the IT domain.

You will oversee and report on all technology workstreams that enable Advanced Therapies to seamlessly interact between internal and external supply chain nodes. You and the team will deliver the technical setup for our cell therapy products in partnership with external partners and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). You will provide leadership to strategic programs, projects, and governance teams, as well as other critical initiatives as defined by the Advanced Therapies SC team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals, emphasizing the effective management of the IT project portfolio.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring each team member contributes to project success.

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project and portfolio risks, employing effective risk management strategies to maintain project integrity.

  • Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies across the portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination between projects and preventing potential bottlenecks.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear and concise communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project and portfolio progress and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Demonstrate leadership across business and technology teams, internal & external.

  • Shape the mid-level to detailed plan in partnership with our transformational ERP team to shape the future state design for Advanced Therapies.

  • Collaborate with key team members and foster diverse and inclusive high-performance teams.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 10 years of experience in technology.

  • 5 years of experience in IT program/project management with at least US $10M of annual investments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.

  • Ability to set up and facilitate multi-functional meetings to solution and resolve issues in timely manner.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Supply Chain technology.

  • Knowledge of autologous cell therapy manufacturing is highly preferred.

  • PMP, Agile or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support. multiple functional and organizational units is preferred.

  • In-depth understanding of SAP systems, modules, and their integration within the Supply Chain domain.

Other:

  • Language requirements – English - proficiency needed to operate confidently at a senior level in global business.

  • Travel percentage 10%- 25% – mixed domestic / international.

Anticipated Salary Range: $118,000- $203,550 USD

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
