About the Role

As a CBRE Training Program Manager, you will lead training and development solutions for the Project Management business unit by identifying and administering learning resources, content, and curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and interpersonal skills, be solutions-orientated, and be able to work independently.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and administer learning and development training programs for the project management team by leveraging CBRE learning resources, and content, and collaborating with the department to ensure effective outcomes.

  • Consult with business unit, client, and global PMO partners to identify learning and development needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions that meet organizational learning demands.

  • Develop and update training materials, programs, curriculums, and collections within both CBRE and the Client, as needed.

  • Manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates within the department and the SharePoint site.

  • Ensure all new content creation is aligned with both CBRE and client governance guidelines.

  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material, if needed. Recommend appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.

  • Research learning industry trends, methodologies, and best practices and integrate those into professional practice.

  • Develop sound relationships with business partners, managers, clients, and competitors.

  • Oversee cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Share in-depth knowledge through presentations and collaborate in the development of new content and training material.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications are preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the areas of training and development.Related industry project management experience is preferred.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are required.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
