Learn how Alight helps organizations of all sizes, including over 70% of the Fortune 100, achieve next level transformation at alight.com.This is a remote / virtual / work-from-home opportunity available anywhere in the U.S.Job Purpose: We are looking for a strategic sales leader who is highly motivated to build and lead a newly created team of Strategic Solutions Executives focused on developing value-based BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) Solutions for both new logo business and our existing client base.Job Summary:The Strategic Solutions Leader must be an inspiration sales leader focused on sales executive development, an expert in complex bundled solutions, exhibits exceptional forecasting accuracy, and has strong C-Suite client facing skills. They must be able to effectively lead the team through the sales process: from the creation of a strategy through execution, success measurement and strategy refinement, this is a role with end-to-end responsibility for driving creative, bundled solutions that demonstrate our "One Alight" advantage for the entire portfolio (Benefits, Payroll, Cloud, and Consumer Experience). This sales leader must have a proven record to help other sales executives close both new logo and existing client base business and may be assigned to top 100 designated accounts.
