Availability: Must be available during all hours of operation, however majority of hours are worked between 5:00AM - 7:00PM
Salary Range: Union Scale plus health/ vision/ dental insurance, pension plan, and other benefits

The Warehouse/Delivery Assistant plays an important role, under the supervision of the warehouse manager, to efficiently deliver parts to job sites and warehouse organization. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
Pull and/or pick up all requested parts/equipment accurately and deliver to jobsites in a prompt, efficient manner
Frequently lifting, carrying, and holding construction materials, tools, and supplies.
Work harmoniously, cooperatively, and courteously with others at all times.
Follow directions and instructions.
Perform a variety of tasks and duties that may change often as the work conditions require.
Work within defined standards of accuracy.
Work in a variety of weather conditions, including temperatures over 85 degrees and below 40 degrees.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Ability to use arms and hand to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to perform frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
Must be able to see and hear well (naturally or with correction.)
Ability to travel and work overtime, as requested.
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license and acceptable driving record from company’s insurance carrier.
Ability to operate a forklift, telehandler, skid loader and wheel loader.
Knowledge in construction specifically grading and utilities preferred.
Basic computer and iPhone skills.
