The Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely execution of ongoing client deliverables, as well as developing solutions to complex problems across their assigned clients. The Senior Analyst can serve as the primary operations escalation point, internally and externally, along with the Domain Process Lead or Operations Services Manager. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for coaching of junior colleagues, contractors and vendors as appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as subject matter expert and execute assigned deliverables for clients in Workday HCM.Monitor the workload across aligned operations ensuring business as usual and projects are delivered to required deadlines with quality. Actively monitor operational health by testing and ensure processing checklist/SOP is followedProvide case management oversight and adherence to turn-around timesCreate, manage and execute on required recovery plans and Root Cause Analysis documentation, as necessaryConduct applicable risk-based auditing to ensure consistent and accurate resultsEnsure appropriate evidence is provided/documented for SOC Control tasksDrive overall quality control as well as support and identify opportunity for process optimization and automationSupport the Operations Service Manager (OSM), Client Service Manager (CSM) and/or Delivery Executive in consultative best practice conversations with the client(s)Participate in domain specific Change Request requirements sessions, resource estimation exercises, and internally initiated projectsCoordinate testing and develop complex reportsPartner with Client Service Manager and/or Service Delivery Manager to mitigate financial impacts of Errors and Omissions (EandOs).Adhere to Operating System guidelines and supporting POV and industry best practicesOwn initial day- to- day client escalations, Communicate escalations to the CSM, Delivery Executive, Operations Services Manager (OSM), Process Lead and client, as appropriate, for awareness and management of further escalationSupport effective cost management practices and suggest operational improvementsKnowledge, Education, Certification, Skills and Technical ProficienciesBachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience in Human Resources Outsourcing or related field required2+ years Workday HCM experience.In depth knowledge and understanding of HR, payroll, tax, accounting project management and/or related subject matter desiredUnderstanding of regulatory and legislative guidelines desired.Strong computer skills with current technical knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent changeExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to build strong relations with client contacts and internal teams and stakeholders.Exhibit problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalates as appropriateKnowledge and understanding of best practices and service delivery models.Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely mannerWork Experience2-3 years experience in a related fieldBy applying for a position with Alight, you understand that, should you be made an offer, it will be cont
