For those early in their career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or Administrators-in-Training, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to grow. As the Associate Executive Director for Fieldstone of DeWitt, you will:

  • Lead Quality Care and Compliance : Oversee day-to-day operations in our health center, assisted living, and dining venues, ensuring all policies and standards meet state and federal regulations.

  • Promote Team Development : Work with department leaders and People and Culture (HR) to hire, train, and develop a compassionate and competent care team, enhancing professional growth and ensuring positive work relationships.

  • Drive Operational Excellence : Regularly review community procedures, support quality assurance efforts, coordinate with billing, and oversee budget planning to provide high-quality, fiscally responsible care.

  • Ensure Resident Safety and Satisfaction : Maintain a safe, welcoming environment, address resident grievances, and protect resident rights, fostering a supportive community that prioritizes health and wellness.

  • Engage in Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the WellSpire Executive Director to implement initiatives for growth and excellence in all care areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Iowa

  • Deep knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement processes, and financial reporting

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
