Hirschbach Motor Lines Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Dubuque, Iowa

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for accurately and promptly processing paperwork to invoice customers, ensuring full payment for the company. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Conduct audits on assigned customers to ensure billing accuracy. 

  • Investigate discrepancies between invoices and customer payments as needed: address by submitting balance dues or requesting adjustments.  

  • Enter adjustments for assigned customers accurately.  

  • Review accounts receivable daily to identify potential past due accounts.  

  • Daily upload invoices, receipts, and approvals required for assigned customers.  

  • Cultivate and sustain customer relationships.  

  • Identify billing problems or inconsistencies to enhance the accounts receivable process.  

  • Perform other duties as assigned.  

    Talent Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree in accounting or business administration is preferred.  

  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable is preferred.  

  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.  

  • Proficient in multitasking and effectively prioritizing workload.  

  • Demonstrates an “All in to Win” attitude, displaying self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within a challenging and dynamic environment.
