Job Advertisement: Home Childcare Provider

Aspire Home Childcare Network (AHCN) is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Home Childcare Provider in Dubuque, Iowa. As a member of the Aspire Network, you will have the opportunity to own your own business while working in collaboration with other home providers.

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Create a daily schedule that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest time - Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each child - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space

Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in childcare or related field is preferred - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Mandatory Reporter certification (or willingness to obtain) - Childcare Essentials certification (or willingness to obtain) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable transportation to and from the childcare location
