Job Title: Foreman $23-$25hr

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a hardworking and reliable Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to tear out roofs and install new ones. This includes working with various materials such as EPDM and rubber roofing. You will also need to cut pieces of roofing and EPDM, layout adhesive, and use a hammer drill for fastening. The job requires a high level of physical dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dubuque, Iowa.

Work Environment

Our team primarily works on commercial and industrial job sites, where we handle all flat top roofing tasks. The sites range from schools to commercial and industrial buildings, with the majority of the schools being either new construction or unoccupied. Our teams typically consist of 5-10 members, and a typical work day starts between 5-6AM and ends around 4-5PM. We typically work 45-50 hours per week. The dress code is comfortable and practical: boots, jeans, and a t-shirt.
