Robert Half Material Coordinator in Dubuque, Iowa

Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and proactive Material Coordinator to join the John Deere team in Dubuque, IA! In this role, you will ensure the timely procuring, expediting, producing, and delivering of materials to support production departments. This is a first-shift position (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with the potential for overtime based on production demands. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to recommend solutions for material availability gaps.

  • Support production operators by identifying and resolving material shortages.

  • Conduct audits of materials to ensure accuracy.

  • Resolve inventory errors and expedite parts to maintain uninterrupted production.

  • Manage critical shortage reports to secure part availability.

  • Implement outputs from the engineering release and change management process.

  • Oversee deviation management and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing.

Education Requirements:
