DuTrac Community Credit Union Mobile Branch- Assistant Branch Manager in Dubuque, Iowa

Skills required for the Mobile Branch Assistant Branch Manager:  Must have a valid driver’s license and can show proof of insurability, minimum 3 years in an outside sales environment, strong customer service skills as well as outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Completes daily operations, including opening and closing the branch, completes all operational audits, cash, and negotiable item balancing, ordering of cash, and maintains proper inventory of branch supplies. Ensures security of all cash and negotiable items by overseeing balancing activities including ATMs, Cash Dispensing Machines (CDMs), etc.

  • Deliver efficient and accurate service by processing financial requests, including establishing new member accounts (online banking set-up, debit card), research requests, stop payments, notary services, wire transfers and monetary transactions.

  • Driving to various locations where Mobile is scheduled.  Assist Mobile Branch Manager with the maintainence and care of the Mobile Branch.

  • Underwrites consumer loans up to the amount assigned per Credit Union policy; reviews and approves underwriting decisions of subordinate personnel. Controls past due and charged off accounts for the branch. 

  • Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures appropriate steps are takento correct unsatisfactory conditions. Ensures all branch activities are in compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures. 

  • Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, communities, business partners, employees, suppliers, other financial institutions and similar groups. 

  • Works with the Mobile Branch Manager to assist where needed while working together to reach established goals for the mobile unit.

    Hours will typically be Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:000pm.  There may be additional hours evenings and weekends when Mobile Branch is being utilized outside regular business hours.
