Prestage Mule Load Out - 2nd Shift in Eagle Grove, Iowa
General:
Prestage Foods is seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Mule Load Out. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading mules and trailers, ensuring the safe and proper handling of products. The position reports to the Load Out Supervisor and has a primary work schedule from Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays during the 2nd shift.
Specific Duties / Responsibilities:
Operate mules and trailers to load and unload product
Ensure proper handling and stacking of products to prevent damage
Verify and maintain accurate documentation of loaded products
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience operating mules or similar equipment (preffered)
Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible schedule to work occasional overtime and weekends, as needed
