Job Title: Safety Manager
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, planning and executing safety training, conducting safety audits, managing the Behavior Base Safety program, and performing field hazard evaluations and recommendations. You will create positive and productive working relationships with the local leadership team and customers, manage the site's safety team and program, and effectively communicate the safety culture and priorities. Additionally, you will manage the site's safety records, provide training and information to supervisors and employees on safety issues, administer new hire orientation and safety training/meetings, and develop occupational health and safety systems. Your role will also involve managing incidents, participating in incident reviews with customers, and creating safety awareness and recognition programs.

Work Environment
The position is in an industrial processing building which can be loud and hot. You will be required to work in all areas of the building, including some outdoors work. The shift is from Monday to Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, and Friday, 7am-12pm, with on-call duties 24/7 for larger incidents. You will oversee three individuals onsite and report to a manager.
