Up to $75k salary

Job Duties:

• Visit customer jobsites, measure roof and create an estimate

• Requires getting up on the roof- can’t be afraid of heights, physical able to do this – climbing ladders

• Estimate done back at office, sent to his admin and they will handle it from there (using simple excel sheet)

• Very simple estimating- hour or less to do

• Connect with foreman at the shop before they head out for the day

• Project progress, make sure they are set up for the day

• Foreman have been there for 20+ years they are self-sufficient and won’t need much or any direction

• Employee conflict resolution

• Some physical work- when inspecting roofs- may need to cut through the roof to look for damage and then patch it
