We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and assisting in various sports activities.
Duties
Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting training sessions
Provide support and guidance to students during practice sessions
Help students improve their skills
Assist in organizing and supervising team events and competitions
Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment
Educate students on the importance of physical education and sportsmanship
Qualifications
Experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting
Knowledge or experience in sports coaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage student behavior effectively
Passion for sports and helping students reach their full potential
