We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Duties:
Provide coaching and instruction
Educate students on proper techniques and skills in a supportive manner
Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful environment
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate activities and events
Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
Experience
Previous experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting
Ability to climb or move around gym equipment as needed
