**[Production Labor (liquid technician and powder technician)- [Seeking reliable, hard-working production worker for our expanding operation. We have grown over 60% in the last 4 years and are looking for team members to grow a career with Alkota Cleaning Systems. (In Iowa we're doing business as: Hydrus Detergents.) **[Expectations[- [Full time, 40 hours per week Monday- Friday 7:00a-3:30p. Must be reliable and punctual as well as able to perform physical tasks that may be repetitive. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and have great attention for detail without being closely observed.

Be able to work by yourself at times following a recipe card in making batches at your pace.
Make efforts to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, labeling buckets/ drums, wrapping, packing, and taping.
Ability to follow all written and verbal instructions.
Exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively and cooperatively with all team members to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate positive and professional attitude and be able to work overtime as needed.
General cleaning and maintenance of work space.
