The Associate Transition Consultant works under the direction of Business Develompent leadership and functions as a facilitator for our prospective financial professionals that are joining Cambridge to transition their practice to Cambridge.

  • Administer training to educate financial professionals on products, services, procedures, and policies, and in house software to ensure a smooth transition process

  • Document transition progress for each account in departmental software and update notes appropriately to communicate with other departments involved in the transition process

  • Prepare and coordinate logistics for visitors, conferences, meetings, phone calls, mailings, and events for the department

  • Maintain working industry knowledge of key industry topics, internal programs, and product lines available through Cambridge

  • Update departmental information as necessary and communicate updates through departmental meetings and to the company through company newsletters

  • Provide ‘best-in-class’ customer service related to Transition by following up on paperwork, requested items, and questions in a timely manner, and supply information as needed at request of management, company associates, and financial professionals

  • Assist the Transition Consultant with preparing new financial professional offices for the transition including following up, documenting the process, and serving as the point of contact if the Transition Consultant is unavailable

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
