Great River Health Systems Coordinator-Quality Resources | 40 hours per week | Quality Department in Fort Madison, Iowa

Minimum Hiring Wage:

From $81,889.60 a year

Job Details:

Scheduled Hours: Day shift, M-F

This position is onsite at the Fort Madison campus and will include some travel to West Burlington, as needed.

Job Description:

Coordinates and facilitates quality improvement efforts to ensure the organization provides services that meet high quality performance. Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for performance improvement activities. Facilitate performance improvement activities with various groups and cross-functional teams throughout the health system. Monitors, tracks, and trends quality performance and reports through appropriate committees and leaders. Assist with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Iowa

  • BSN preferred, OR a minimum of three years hospital clinical experience

Preferred:

  • Certification in PI/Lean tools preferred

  • Knowledge of computer systems and Cerner or Epic Electronic Health Record preferred

  • Auditing experience preferred
