Monitor Program Implementation: Conduct frequent in-home observations to observe replacement behavior training sessions, program procedure implementation, adaptive program training sessions, participation in active treatment, quality of life indicators, medication effects, overall staff interactions, etc. Assure that data are completed accurately by doing daily checks of data sheets. Assure that correct data sheets are available for direct care staff and placed in the appropriate book for data recording. Collect, review and tabulate data sheets at least weekly. Graph and present data for Monthly Integrated Reviews, psychiatric consultations, Behavior Management Committee, and other relevant purposes.
Run replacement behavior and adaptive program training sessions as needed for individuals on the assigned caseload. Attend and participate in meetings as assigned, including area team meetings, monthly reviews, psychiatric consultations, and other meetings associated with the individual's care or treatment. Provide competency-based training to staff on BSP and PNMP procedures and keep necessary documentation. Complete BSP and PNMP Reliability Monitors at least monthly and keep necessary documentation.
Assist in the Development of Behavior Support Plans (BSP): Complete functional assessment procedures (including, but not limited to: assisting in functional analyses, analyzing ABC data, completing the Functional Analysis Screening Tool, completing Scatter Plots, and gathering anecdotal information) and write appropriate summaries or reports. Complete questionnaires and stimulus preference assessments for BSP's and Individual Support Plans and write appropriate summaries or reports. Consider information from team members, graphed data, reliability checks, psychiatric consultations, medical records, and other relevant information sources to provide input and insight into the functional assessment of target behaviors.
Other: Attend professional development activities and required in-services as directed. Assist with mealtimes and activities, providing other hands-on assistance as directed. Serve on organizational committees as directed. *Attend administrative meetings as directed. Completes other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Guidance and Counseling, or Human Development and Behavior;
One year of full-time technical level work experience in the areas mentioned above (such as psychiatric aide, Youth Service Worker, Social Work Associate, Social Worker, Vocational Rehabilitation Assistant, Resident Treatment Worker, Vocational Instructor, or Drug Abuse Counselor) may be substituted for each 30 semester hours of the required education.

For certain designated positions at Glenwood and Woodward Resource Centers, applicants must be a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, or obtain the required certification within a period of time as specified by the appointing authority at the time of hire.
