Pay Rate: $14

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls from patients located in 36 states that need to schedule medical appointments and need transportation support

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:

• Data entry skills, ability to communicate effectively on the phones and exceptional customer service skills

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in customer service
