Description We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Grimes, Iowa. In this role, you will manage all aspects of our supply chain operations, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company objectives

• Utilize ERP solutions such as '3M' and 'Eaton' to optimize supply chain processes

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure supply needs are met

• Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and enhance customer service

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement

• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products

• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure production schedules are met

• Utilize tools such as 'About Time' to manage time and resources effectively

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate supply chain functions throughout the company. Requirements • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in logistics

• Proficiency in using 3M, CRM, Eaton, About Time, and KPI Reporting tools

• Solid understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Strong experience in Customer Service and Manufacturing industry

• Familiarity with logistics operation and procedures

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Exceptional communication abilities and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple processes and projects

• Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures

• Ability to implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
